Leader of an international workcamp

An international workcamp gathers about fifteen young volunteers from around the world to restore some local heritage for 3 weeks. It is also an opportunity for them to discover a little corner of France and meet the local population.

The leader’s role is to facilitate intercultural exchange between international volunteers and the public, to energize the group and arrange with them the management of everyday life.

The projects focus on architectural heritage or natural heritage. No technical skills are required, however you must speak some English, be comfortable in a group, and have lots of energy !

A one-week session of training and simulation exercises is free of charge each year for future leaders
